THE PREPARED DAD PROGRAM
A FREE, ONLINE antenatal workshop series designed by dad for first-time (soon-to-be) dads.
Each month, first-time and soon-to-be dads are invited to join a free, online antenatal session through the Prepared Dads Foundation. These sessions offer realistic birth preparation, communication skills, confidence-building, and tools for supporting labour, birth, and the early weeks of fatherhood.
