Experience a one-on-one, in-home antenatal class designed to cater to your busy schedule and tailored to fit your life and your personalised needs. This private Lamaze class offers a holistic approach that honours your values, intuition, and vision by blending evidence-based birth education with timeless wisdom, delivered in the comfort of your own home. What's included: * One-on-one sessions with flexible scheduling * Guidance through the Six Healthy Birth Practices and how to implement them through each stage of labour and birth * Breathing techniques, positioning, and coping strategies for labour and birth * Partner involvement to strengthen connection and confidence * Informed decision-making and birth preferences * Postnatal recovery and newborn care basics * A calm, judgement-free space for questions and support All teaching supplies are brought to you - no need to worry about extra preparation. You will receive a complimentary goodie bag with helpful items to support your birthing journey, a thoughtfully designed guide to reinforce key topics along with the Lamaze e-booklet, and an optional birth debrief after your baby arrives to reflect on your experience. This is birth preparation on your terms - intimate, supportive, and designed to honour your time, space, and journey into parenthood.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 7 days' notice before the first class. This allows time to offer the spot to another family. Refunds: -More than 7 days' notice: A full refund or option to transfer to a future class. -Less than 7 days' notice: A 50% refund or credit towards a future class (at your discretion). -After the class has started: No refunds, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical issues, early birth) where a partial credit may be offered. Make-up Classes: If you miss a session, every effort will be made to provide a summary or offer a make-up option where possible. Disclaimer: On-Call Midwife Cancellation Policy As a practicing midwife, being on-call for births is an essential and deeply valued part of the role. In the event of being called to attend a birth, it may be necessary to reschedule a scheduled class or session. Every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible, and an alternative date or refund will be offered. Thank you for your understanding and support of this important work.
